Chaoyang Wang, the Principal of this firm, was recently selected as a member of Right of Publicity Subcommittee of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) for two years starting from 1 January 2016.  The Right of Publicity committee is new to the INTA committee structure. Its purpose is to develop and advocate the Association’s policy regarding the right of publicity. The committee will monitor developments in treaties, case law, organizations and advocacy in conjunction with relevant INTA committees and staff.
